Ray Gallon
Ray Gallon is a writer, educator, and communication specialist. He is president and co-founder of the Transformation Society, which helps organizations through training and analysis, developing strategies for humanist digital transformation, organizational learning, and research in fields of education, communication, and organizational development. His most recent work focuses on applications of Artificial Intelligence for personalized information delivery, personalized learning, and meta-analysis. He has also worked in the field of knowledge management and technical content, helping some of the world’s largest companies and organizations (IBM, 3M France, GE Healthcare, OECD, etc.) as well as startups. Earlier, Ray was an award-winning radio producer and journalist, working with broadcasters such as CBC, NPR, France Culture, Radio Netherlands International, Deutsche Welle, Westeutscher Rundfunk (WDR). In the late 80’s, Ray was program manager of WNYC-FM, New York Public Radio.
Drawing on over 50 years of experience, Ray is a frequent speaker and keynoter on communications and learning professions at conferences and seminars around the world. He has contributed nearly 100 articles and chapters to books, and to professional and scholarly journals
