professional. He has a successful track record and deep expertise – especially in developing global leaders and talent, as well as in improving organization performance.
Moheet had a 30-year career with Procter & Gamble and served as the Chief Human Resources Officer. In addition, he held senior executive positions in several different businesses in P&G for over a decade.
Moheet has breadth and diversity of global experience. He held global responsibilities across North America, South America, Europe, Africa and Asia. His international working experience includes living and working in 5 countries.
After leaving P&G, Moheet has consulting experience for over a decade across a broad range of industries and in several different countries across the world. He has advised clients on developing leaders, managing talent, transforming organizations, and improving operating models.
In addition, he is an advisor and coach to CEOs and senior executives. He has advised technology start-ups, speaks at public forums, teaches graduate students, and writes in his areas of experience and expertise.
