Mark Kramer

Mark Kramer is Director of Cold War Studies at Harvard University, Director of Harvard’s Sakharov Program on Human Rights, and a Senior Fellow of Harvard’s Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies.  He is also a Professor of International Politics.  He is the author and editor of many books and articles on a wide variety of topics, and he is editor of the Journal of Cold War Studies and the Harvard Cold War Studies Book Series.
